We are just now starting to look at cars and I had marked to receive price notifications about a couple that we had liked online, but with no immediate intent on purchasing. Upon the first email receives from Colin, a sales rep, I let him know that we were not to the point of being ready to purchase a vehicle and that we would call, email, or ask for him if we decided to move forward and visit Jerry's. I have received numerous calls and emails since then saying he hasnt heard from me. I had to email him again to remind him that we HAVE, indeed, spoken via email, I have it in writing, and to remind him that we would reach out when we were ready. I first feel that this salesman in particular is not personable enough to realize he's talked to me before and respect the conversation we already had. I second feel harassed being called and emailed numerous times after informing that we are not ready to talk to a salesman. My desire to work with Jerry's Hyundai has been significantly damaged by this one sales rep and if we do decide later that we would like to further investigate cars at Jerry's, I have no desire to work with a pushy salesman who only wants his commission and doesn't want what's best for the customer.
