onI had a prior problem w a Chuck Nash Salesman leading me in 2013 to purchase a 2012 from Covert GMC. Because of their customer service and respect I was driving 90 miles to get Truck serviced rather than the 12 miles to CN. Crytsal, the new customer service rep., at CN contacted and informed us that Customer Service attitudes had changed at CN and so we again decided to give them a shot.
we were very pleased , we need to check about the servicing of all the extended warranty we purchased; which as was explained to me was dealership specific.
