I got screwed

onWhen I purchased my new 2020 Outback XT Limited the finance manager tried to sell me a service plan. I had never purchased one before. I always figured I could do most of the service myself. The only reason I gave in was because he told me that not only were the oil changes included but the 36,000 mile differential fluid change was also included. When you added up the cost to have the dealer perform the maintenance for the first 3 years it worked out to a wash. Since there were other items covered as well, I decided to purchase the plan. When I took the car in for the last service I was told the differential fluid change was not covered. The next day my wife spoke with the GM, Phil Larson, who told her that the service was included when we purchased our Outback but was no longer a part of the plan, but he would see if Subaru would do anything about it. Three weeks have gone by and Mr. Larson has not returned any phone calls or resolved this issue.
