onFirst service and Informed the “Service” that the car was sold with a defective windshield, which is etched with many cuts. The personnel came out and tried to “wash” the cuts from the windshield. The dealership gave me a fast ridiculous explanation while I explained as a rocket scientist they did not understand material properties. Management did nothing.
