Does not give you Edmunds trade in value

Was very disappointed to negotiate a deal with this dealership, only to get let down on my trade-in value, for which they stated they only use the values in KBB. I contacted Edmunds help and notified them of the issue and the help person guided me for future car purchases to start out in the beginning "I noticed you're an Edmunds Premier Dealer.....this is the estimated value according to Edmunds" I LOVE Edmunds service!!
