Dealership Sales Review

Horrible management
Written by 09/04/2014
onA big waste of 5 hours on my Labor Day. I drive to this dealership to checkout a Cadillac ATS they had online take car for test drive then begin to compare car to other cars for sale nearby. After several back and fourth trips from salesman to managers office I agree on price which includes me buying car with cracked windshield and paying $100 to fix scratches that's a first at a car dealer for me. The salesman leaves to fill up car with gas so I can take it to mechanic to look over when management brings over different price sheet much higher and says this is what we can sell the car for. I am now confused after making agreement with 2 other people on paperwork. After asking for an explanation Brian P. comes over grabs the paperwork out of my hands and has 4 of his employees to ask me to leave. You know there doing something wrong when they have to get a crew of people to ask you to leave like bodyguards/bouncers. I laughed at there employees and left. Not only did they lose a sale they had already agreed too but Another car I had bought there in 05' and taken to there service department for every oil change since buying the car new it now has 95,000 miles so you can figure that's a lot of oil changes I had bought over 9 years. Now I will never return to either all thanks to Brian P. and his crew!!!!

Dealer Response
Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
Please know that we work hard to stay within a customers' budget and communicate each item in a contract, and we apologize that we fell short of that in this instance. We're sorry for our lack of communication as well as the lack of respect that was shown to you, and we thank you
for bringing the matter to our attention. WeÂd like to speak further with you about your visit so we can get a better idea of what happened, but are unable to locate your contact information. We would appreciate it if you could give Cesar Sotelo a call at your earliest convenience so we
can come to a solution.
