Crest Volvo Cars

I'm not clear on the relationship between Volvo and the authorized dealerships, however someone in Sweden would be appalled. The professionalism was laughable, one out of twenty phone calls (no exaggeration needed here) was returned. Phone messages left over a course of three days with Finance manager, and the used sales associate who would most definetly be rewarded with the commision for my sale. When I did speak with the sales associate in person or on the phone, it was almost unbearable. Example: "Come out and drive it, you'll love it, and I know you'll love me, you'll wanna take us both home, and I'll be free". Then, when he knew it was a group effort, meaning myself and significant other were buying the car, his efforts to try out his one-liners weren't curbed. Gross. Our deal was pretty straightforward, minus the 5 people who had to give input or approval, most of the time this consisted of the sales associate walking to "the office" and coming back with a completely different version each time. Then his manager/re-enforcer would cruise by the cubical drum up small talk and reinforce why exactly the warranty I clearly did not want, he would "Keep in the numbers just so I could see how much it wouldn't cost, he'd take it out later" Nothing was done correctly, or as promised. "Sure we'll touch up the paint" "Yes, your papers are ready to sign, see you tomorrow" Needless to say we walked out on the appointment after it was clear they couldn't get the most basic elements correct. The reason they are selling cars is only because they are one of two retailers in the metroplex, lucky Park Place, they have no competition in this dealership.
