Had a similar experience when called & visited this dealership. The managerial staff is very unprofessional and don't appreciate you as a customer. They get confused with their facts and stories and come across as very unorganzied. The customer is not # 1 and they don't care if they lose a customer. They don't have their act together there a team, and unfortunately, the customer has to suffer. Our sales person was actually fine and acted in a professional manner. It is the managment that has a poor attitude and approach to sales. If corporate or Sweden only knew how this dealership operated, they would be disgraced.
