onWe have been customers of River Oaks for 15+ yrs. for both autos & service.
We always check the area auto market before making any purchase. These days its easy to use the internet instead of a visit, get a feel for the price and the dealer inventory.
Doing this gives us three important things: price basis check, dealer sales to customer attitude and inventory.
Always, we return to River Oaks, and in some cases we have paid a little more, not to mention we suffered through the "Lemon Law" with one of our RO vehicles.
Why.
The friendly sales approach, the overall customer friendly attitude and of course the price must be attractive.
The immediate after sales attention is also comforting.
However, we have never had "buyers remorse".
The other big thing is the service department.
These guys don't get the "pat on the back" for the sale.
But in our case the RO culture is very solidly grounded and evident in the service/parts dept. from the top to the bottom.
We always have RO service our vehicles.
River Oaks need to figure out a way to capitalize on this combination at the point of sale.
Our proof is we always get top trade in dollar.
Yes our autos are always in excellent condition, but are always serviced by RO.
The history is there to trace.
In closing we wish to point out that Randy & Nick N. and Mark H. are excellent examples of the River Oaks Culture that has made RO a great dealership.
