Horrible communication

onHugo, a service representative stated my vehicle would be ready the afternoon he called. Told him I was working a 24 hr shift so I would swing by the next day instead. He said it be perfect and everything would be ready. We'll, guess what. Nothing was ready, far from perfect. Waited almost 2hrs to get my vehicle and he wasn't even working that day. Sleep deprived already and dealing with ppl being lazy. Only wasting my time. Thank you Hugo. [non-permissible content removed].
