Extremely disappointed

onThe buying experience went great with Jesse but it went down hill from there. 1) I had signed a paper saying I agreed to pay $X for the car. When I went to sign the paperwork, they had jacked up the price by $25 per month and my signed paper was not to be found. 2) I took the car in a week later for the “make ready” since they did not have the time on Saturday when I bought it. Over that weekend I started to explore the Ford app and found a message each time I had started the car since purchasing it that something was wrong with the electrical system and the car could shut down unexpectedly. When I finally reached the Service Manager after to messages left with the receptionist, I asked him why this was not fixed during “make ready”. He said all he saw was something was wrong with the dash panel, not what I saw on the app. He said I would need to bring the car in and it would be approx 3-5 days to look at it. I asked if I would get a free loaner since I had only had the car for 8 days and he said no I contacted Jesse and voice I was regretting buying a Ford as no other manufacturer has ever treated me like this. His Mgr called me back and said she need DM approval. The following day she called and said the DM had approved but no cars available but should have one either “today or tomorrow” but I was put as a priority. Meanwhile I am afraid to drive my new car because it might shut down on the freeway. That was Tuesday and today is Thursday. No word from anyone.
