First off, there is no kids room and my kids were bored to death. Second, Curtis would not tell us what price we were paying for the car, which did not allow us to negotiate the price, and then lied and said that the finance guy would negotiate with us...said while he was walking out of the room. The price of the car was $1000 over the price advertised. After the sale, Curtis was short and tried to brush us off and get us out quickly. There were no keyless entry fobs given to us, and Curtis claims that there weren't any with the vehicle. I find this EXTREMELY difficult to believe as the majority of cars come with a keyfob. As a final insult added to all the injuries, the car was not filled with gas. It was handed over to us with a quarter tank of gas, and Curtis informed us that 'they don't do that anymore' (fill the car up). We will not return to this dealership and will spread the word of what a terrible experience we had...by the way, they customer service survey does not allow you to submit anything negative.
