Mistreats perfectly good customers who walk in with $75,000 in cash, trying to buy a car that costs half as much. Bill Martin will threaten you with violence and call you an arrogant idiot if they realize they can't make any money off you, because you did your research and called them out on their low-ball trade offer. They will try to sell you a car that is missing dealer installed options listed on the window sticker, with mechanical issues straight from the factory, and will suggest you buy a car somewhere else if you find so much as a single scratch in the paint. I will gladly be taking that advice, and take my $75,000 somewhere else, and make sure that no one that I talk to ever again will go to Young Chevrolet, either.
