Friendly Chevrolet

John Subia was great! When we arrived he greeted us in the parking lot. He took us inside offered us a drink and asked us what we were looking for. He wrote down all of our must haves/wants/don't wants. The first truck he brought up was really nice but a little more than we needed. The second truck was perfect! After working out the numbers he sent it back to be prepped for delivery while we waited for finance. Once in finance Jimmy Scales did an excellent job. We were only looking into getting GAP but he showed us the value in getting an aftermarket warranty so we ended up getting both. After all was said and done we then met with the concierge and John to go over the On Star Setup and then we were on our way. Everything was so smooth and easy. Friendly really has a great process. This was our second Chevy to buy from Friendly and when we are in the market for another vehicle we will be returning to Friendly.
