on(the last review was cut off) A few minutes later, a manager we had never seen before (the manager who approved the $15k trade in on the first car was mysteriously uninvolved in all proceedings on this day) called us into his office and flat out told us that the deal doesnt make any sense with the first car. He called us liars, saying that we didnt tell them about any trade when we worked out the Costco deal (this is untrue we told the Costco agent immediately that we would be trading in the car they had earlier evaluated), and treated us like criminals or that we were trying to trick them. We informed him that we had been clear with Mike from the start and that their confusion or loss of paperwork doesnt mean we did anything wrong, we just wanted the deal they agreed to. The manager said, It is what it is, we dont have a deal and after saying a few more offensive things indicating that we are liars or criminals, we asked him what he could give us for the trade. He indicated that hed give us $15k on the trade if we paid the original non-Costco price for the truck why would we do that? We had negotiated a price and a trade in that both parties approved and at the last second they reneged on their agreement. They knew we loved the truck and wanted to buy it so they were trying to force us to pay a higher price than was negotiated. When we refused we were quickly escorted out and informed that there was no deal here. This was the least professional car buying experience I have ever been a part of. They made an agreement with us and then changed their mind and treated us like we were trying to pull one over on them. I have never been more upset and disgusted trying to buy a car in my entire life.
