We were skeptical at first because after reading other reviews which were negative we almost did not go but very glad we did! We were met by a very warm and friendly salesman named Ethan M. We told him we were intersted in new 2013 CR-V. He brought one up front for us to look at and he even washed it off! He opened all the doors and began right away explaining what features the car had and how they work. He answered our questions and was very knowlegeable. He was very active in demonstrating how things work and never did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. The car was for my wife and she loved it. We told him we would think about it because were shopping around. I told him we were pre-approved and he went on and cut us some numbers before we left to give us a ballpark figure to think about. He never asked for our DL# or SS but took me at my word we had been pre-approved. We got his card and left. My wife decided next day that was the car she wanted but different color and wanted moon roof. We called him and he had car waiting on us when we arrived. We drove it, she loved it and Ethan worked us a good deal! We also qualified for 1.99% on our financing! No pressure, friendly knowlegeable salesman and got the car she is so happy about! It was a good day!
