Brought my Malibu in to repair a tire and get an oil change

Turned out my tire couldn't be repaired...but I have tire & wheel insurance. Without menitioning that to the Service writer..she was asute enought to look up my records...When I went to tell her about the insurance..she had already submitted my claim...had a new tire (19") installed and ready to go in less than two hours..plus the oil change Cost of tire. ZERO.....Oil change ZERO...used my Chevy Reward points.... Saved over $400
