Volkswagen of Corpus Christi

You never get a second chance to make a first impression and VW of Corpus Christi blew their chance with me. I bought the car but the sales experience was similar to dealing with an airhead convenience store clerk, you know the type. The worst episode consisted of handing me the keys for a solo test drive to a car without a proper tag or any fuel. Fortunately the car, which had just been driven to the front of the dealership, didn’t start. That at least was better than down the road a few blocks in traffic. After re-fueling and leaving the premises the sales clerk called for me to return as the car wasn’t tagged properly. There were other derelictions of job performance too numerous to mention. I returned the customer satisfaction survey and the sales manager did respond promptly but only to argue how they didn’t deserve a low rating. I was not impressed with the professionalism of the sales team. If you want a VW try another dealer. Hope the service dept is better????
