Excellent sales staff — horrendous garage/service management

onThorne Smith is an excellent salesman and a straight shooter. However, Covert's garage staff are incredibly inefficient workers, who kept me waiting for 4+ HOURS to take home the car I'd just purchased. Communication throughout the dealership is practically non-existent: I was repeatedly sent to wait in the lounge, where no one knew what I was waiting for, who to call for updates, or when anything would be finished. 3) Supply chain logistics are astonishingly poor: I have been waiting more than a WEEK for parts to arrive, which I was told would be installed within two days of my purchase. Again, I have a lot of respect for Thorne, but the garage and supply chain departments SERIOUSLY need some new management to give them a kick in the pants.
