Cransh Auto Sales

Where do I start? I found a very nice car at a fair (although not an especially good) price online. Drove 3 hours to see it and bought it. Noticed a few things as I was there. One is the CarFax said it had pinstripes applied at one point. No pinstripes. (Was told they "washed off") Next. The passenger door handle was not secure. (was told the plastic cover popped off). Examination by a mechanic revealed the entire handle had been ripped off and then glued back on when the car was painted....pause. Long story short my new car with a perfectly clean carfax had been sold to Cransh with $6500 of hail damage. The hood and trunk have been replaced with rotten aftermarket parts and the entire car has been ruined with a low-buck, poorly applied paint job. The whole thing was a sham. From the carfax through the sale. So I guess I'm left with zero option but to contact an attorney and go down that route.
