onDO NOT BUY A CAR FROM OAK RIDGE NISSAN! I bought a BRAND NEW 2018 Nissan Rogue and not even 72 hours later the brakes malfunctioned and locked up on me (only 160 miles on the car) and they told me to keep driving it until the next day! Now I can't drive my BRAND NEW CAR for over a week because they had to order parts.. the car had 7 MILES on it when I drove it off the lot. I understand that they can’t control what happened to the car, but the situation could have been handled differently. I was given a rental that wasn’t even superior to the car I bought. They were horrible when it came to customer service. I was treated like I was scum (Brian).They would not replace my car, give me back my old car, void the loan or give me any incentives.. Finally, after multiple phone calls (that they did not answer or return) and 5 trips to the dealer later, I finally spoke to the GM and all he offered me was $600 for the "inconvenience" of not being able to drive my car that I just bought for over a week! Why would I pay for something that I can’t drive? Especially when I paid $35,000 for this car! Take your business elsewhere! They DO NOT care about their customers! One of the worst experiences ever!
