onThis company is full of [non-permissible content removed]. They took advantage of someone who isn't a skilled car-buyer and I ended up paying $9K over list price for an Altima. There are no excuses. Not only that...I got duped and was told that I would be getting a premium upgrade but I did not get that. Now, a few months later, I realize that I was cheated and there's nothing I can do. I was called about 3 weeks after the big purchase and was asked about my experience. When I told the surveyor that I was not at all pleased with my customer service or my purchase she was very defensive and said, "I'll help you but you have to promise not to give us a bad rating". I took her name and plan to use it and my salesperson's information when I sue them! They are worried only about ratings and not helping customers... and not keeping their word. I'm so unimpressed and so disappointed in my purchase. I wish I had gone with someone who was car savvy, so that I wouldn't be sitting here with $9,000 in overpayments to an uncaring, unreliable car company. I'm contemplating suing because they are such a farce with fake smiles and fake promises that were not kept.
