Good car, bad service

onBought new Optima after turning in leased Optima. Lots of promises made (come back to wash, full tank of gas) but no one returns calls. Was told lease would be paid off in full, but come to find out, Kia Finance wants extra fees that dealer won't pay. Won't do business with again.
