Farris Motors has a great asset in Ben Hensley. It's hard as a customer to feel comfortable with a salesperson,but Ben is easy to talk to. He is there to sell cars, but won't push one on you. For example, he'll express his disappointment along with you at the performance of a vehicle during a test drive instead of pushing the car on you. We just went on to the next vehicle. I dread buying a car because most salesmen take it personal if you tell them the faults in what they are trying to sell you. I recommend Ben Hensley for anyone who wants an easygoing car buying experience.
