onWhen you start shopping for a car, do you set expectations?
As a Sales Strategist charged with leveraging cultures and skillsets for our company, defining expectations is my first step.
I wanted a new car, a Camry specifically. The reasons are numerous, the top; stylish, safety rated, gas mileage, sedan. The expectation was more focused on the monthly payment, and duration of payments. Josh R started our relationship as I would expect, with questions and conversation pertaining to what I wanted for my new car. The balance of our conversations was very customer centric (best part; I was the customer!).
It did not take us long to find the perfect car on the lot, the financing was equally as quick. Done, I'm the proud owner of a 2014 Camry. It's a beautiful car, and I am a very happy owner.
