onThe service department lied to me about the time to diagnose my vehicle problem just to get it in the door, only to be delayed AT LEAST 2 days longer than the 2-3 day timeline provided. 5 days for them to have the car just to get a diagnostic, never mind fix the problem. I pulled the car and brough it to an independent repair shop.

You had ample opportunity but your manager. “Had calls to make”. Pretending on this forum is not service.
