no call backs after spending 9,000 on a range rover service.

very poor communication, do not return calls, called to speak with GM of service dept., left message, no call back. Spent 9k on a variety of services when we got Car back found a scar/gouge in drivers seat leather. Originally they started well with service then deteriorated with numerous calls unanswered.
