onMy experience was great! I feel that the service technicians take time to explain the problems with my vehicle. I have been told that they tend to charge women more than men for the same problem - but I do hope that is strictly conjecture that has no basis of truth.
My only concern is that, lately, I have been experiencing major problems with my vehicle. These problems have been quite expensive and they seem to be happening more frequently. Just in the last few weeks, I've spent close to $1000. I also spent quite a considerable amount of money last year with problems related to the Malfunction Display Light (aka Check Engine Light). So this is not a problem with O'Neil but with General Motors. I am really beginning to re-think this choice in vehicles.
