Be prepared for virtual sales game

As another reviewer mentioned, I was hoping to get a no hassle quote via email without the sales game. I received several emails requesting my phone # as well as a request to come into the dealership. I did not get what I was looking for other than the run around. Bottom line, another dealer quickly gave me what I wanted without the hassle and will be getting our business.

I am sorry you feel this way. We provide all our customers with price quotes on anything we have in our inventory. However, the information we received for this request was not something in our current inventory and the added features was not something Toyota builds from factory. Since this review was written, we have tried to reach out to the customer to help and during the conversation got disconnected. If we can provide any more information, please let us know and we would be glad to provide you with any quotes on a vehicle in our inventory.
