Horrendous Service Department

Took my car here for service on my AMG. Got it back and it was making a weird metal clanging sound when driving and drove me nuts. Took it to Mercedes Dealership in Devon, Pa. And they took a look and this is what they said!
“Hey ken. Car is done. Other dealer left the under panel un bolted completely and that was causing the noise.”

Wow, nice huh? Can’t even trust taking your car here, especially paying as much as I did for service. I’m wondering if they even did what they were suppose to!!! No refund for service, no sorry or nothing. This is the 2nd time I took my car here and had issues and none of which were resolved by them. They don’t care.
