Bergey's Service has my back!

I brought my car in for an oil change. Mr. Ventresca, the Customer Service person I talked with,noticed that there was a recall for my car. He asked my permission for servicing the recall (he was considerate that it would take a little longer) and everything was handled fine. It saved me an extra trip for the recall service. Many dealerships would not be so proactive as Bergey's is.
