While waiting at Diehl for car service, I thought I would look at a 2014 Camry. I said something and a sales lady, Jess, immediately responded in a polite, concerning, and positive way to answer any questions and offered me the opportunity to go look at the vehicle. She impressed me with her knowledge of providing information in a gentle but confident manner. When the vehicle my husband and I was interested in was not at the Diehl site, she did not hesitate to find the vehicle at another dealership. She continued to be confident and completely professional throughout the sale process. She was very helpful in explaining the new technology features on the 2014.5 Camry vehicle we purchased and offered her assistance to us after we left the dealership in case we had further questions. I was impressed with her presentation and the way she dealt with my husband and I throughout the purchase of our new vehicle.
