All of the people at Diehl were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jay made sure that the vehicle I purchased was the right car for my needs. The negotiation process was very relaxed, and there were no gimmicks or games. My buying experience was a refreshing change from the way most car dealers conduct business. I appreciate their no nonsense approach to selling cars.
