Not a returning customer

onDisappointing new customer experience entirely. Went in for a warranty claim on a manufacturing defect on my toyota highlander grill and a convenient oil change. Service clerks were not Enthusiastic in helping me through my warranty claim, actually unwilling to contact toyota to locate my vin number within the system but gave me my convenient oil change and sent me on my way... i can get an oil change anywhere, I needed my grill looked at and a warranty claim in process. Vehicle was purchased in the US but canadian, therefore a little leg-work was needed from the service clerks to confirm it is covered under toyota, or even call toyota to get a yay or a nay. I was ushered to the waiting room, vehicle oil changed, and sent on my way. I contacted toyota later on that day concerned of my situation and for future warranty claims, if any, and within 30 seconds they reinforced my vehicle was warranted and the dealer should have easily been able to take care of me when I was there. Wow, thanks Diehl.
