Too many problems after only 2 mos
Written by 11/29/2012
onMy husband and I bought our 06 Jeep Liberty from them on Sept 18th with an extended warranty plan.
We were thinking it would be nice for down the road if any problems came up.
What I didn't know was that they would sell us a vehicle that would start having issues within 2 months of owning it.
On Nov 14th, we had to have it towed in and replace the water pump, which was covered under the warranty but still cost $200 from the deductible.
Exactly two weeks later on Nov 28th, we had to have it towed BACK in to them only to find that this time the radiator has to be replaced and its NOT under the warranty so they want $500.
After spending 11K on a vehicle after the fees and taxes, this is not something I expected to deal with so soon.
To say I am disappointed and completely pissed off would be an understatement.
I do not want to pay [non-permissible content removed] another dime, but I guess I have to in order to get my vehicle in working condition.
