Dealership Okay-Experience varies with the Sales Person

I initially had a good experience when I came in and talked to Betsy about getting my new Acadia. She was straight forward with the pricing and the discounts available. There was no haggling or hassle, but on the day of signing, I was told that I had to work with Josh. Josh comes across someone who likes to talk big but doesn't deliver. I signed the paperwork on March 31st and I was told that the car will be washed and detailed and cleaned as this was a new car, I did mention that I am in no hurry to drive it out, but Josh insisted that I come in next day to pick it up and he will take care of it personally. Next day I come in, the interiors have stains on the door handles and the car doesn't even look washed. To top it over I only got one key with my car (I was told the previous day I will have two keys), the second key was apparently lost and he needed to order a new one. To make up for it, Josh did add a full detail package on the car that I could do whenever I want to bring it in. I got a call from Josh on Thursday (5th April) that he found the second key and therefore I thought of bringing the car to the dealer to pick up the key and get my car detailed, Josh mentioned he will take care of the appointment and also provide a loaner car to me. It was all set for me to be taken care of on Monday (9th April). I come in on Monday morning only to find that Josh did not make any appointment with the service center for detailing my car and neither did he talk about a loaner car to be provided. I now had to do an appointment for another day as there are no slots available that day, which meant I had bring my car back again next day to do the Detailing. Betsy was a savior as she arranged everything with the service department and also took care of getting the loaner car too. She also filled up the fuel tank as a courtesy ( I stay 35 miles away from the dealership). My experience at this dealership was not at all good. These are basic customer service that is expected at any dealership, but unfortunately it was not provided. If it was not for Betsy helping out, I would have probably given 1 star. I believe the dealership themselves is good, but some elements in there leave a sour taste. I really hope things change in the future.
