Dealership Sales Review
sales Rating
Some good people, but some bad apples as well

onAfter purchasing multiple cars from this dealership over the years, I will not be back.
This dealerships has some people that are good to work with, but it seems that management takes a very shortsighted approach to sales.
They would rather squeeze every dollar out of a sale than make a small concession.
They use a lot of funny money tactics and describe "other interested buyers" to make a few bucks.
Most recently, I had a deal agreed upon only to have them rescind the agreement because another sales person got a better offer from another buyer.
This is perfectly fine if they want to do business this way, but I'd prefer to work with a company that stands behind their offer and doesn't play games.
If you are shopping in the Northwest, there are some higher volume dealers in Seattle that have more selection and do so much volume that they don't haggle over the small stuff.
My last new car I purchased from Sunset, I looked at Barrier Audi and Sunset.
Barrier had better prices and selection, but I stuck with Sunset for the location and a nice sales guy.
I won't make that mistake next time.
