Poor service and dishonest sales tactics

onWe were at the dealership for almost 8 hours the day we signed our lease as they stall and essentially try to wear you down so you will stop wanting to negotiate and just sign papers.
Trap tactics used to extract money out of lease customers. We had a 30,000 miles lease on an X3. We were forced to replace all four tires before turning the car back in and at that point in the lease, they have all the leverage and there is no way to negotiate. Inspector told me "People typically replace the tires on their car every 2 years". Are you kidding me? Cost me $1,200 that we were not planning on having to pay. If you plan on leasing, negotiate price way down and assume they will force you to replace all the tires upon turn-in. Better yet, find another car dealer to work with.
