onEverything with the service was fine, however the automatic car wash evidently has a habit of "eating" hitch covers ( as I was told by the service manager ). This was certainly the case with my Pistol Pete Hitch cover ... the locking mechanism was pulled off of the post and the posts of the hitch cover were bent all to heck. All I needed was a warning and I would have removed the hitch cover myself. However, the key was on the key chain that was left with the dealership. The service manager was very cooperative when I called back and explained the situation.
