Good Salesperson, Poor Body Shop work and after-purchase customer care!

onBeware if you are a State of Ohio Driver! My salesperson did not give me the courtesy option of placing a front bumper license plate bracket on my car. If he had, I would not have driven my car off the lot without one. It is illegal to drive in Ohio without a front license plate. Unfortunately I was issued a ticket.
Also, the body shop manager and the president of the dealership need to take lessons on how not to be condescending or dismissive to women. They also need to listen to their customers first, without being defensive.
After I purchased my car I was caught in a hail storm. The paint was chipped off in several areas of my car. Their body shop failed to notify me and my insurance company that my car needed additional work beyond what my insurance examiner found. Needless to say the additional work was not done and I was not happy. I will never use Leikin again for anything!

Unfortunately, the customer is not telling the whole story. When the car was in our body shop, she asked for the manager to falsify information so that the insurance company would cover more than what the estimate entailed. When we refused to do that, she became angry and eventually wrote this review.
