Bad Service and Terrible Customer Relations

onInitially, things seemed really positive, but they quickly went downhill from that point. If I could rate a "0" I would. Today was my fourth and LASTvisit. My newly purchased Certified Buick Regal from SIMS Buick has been taken in for repair 4X in one month now since my unfortunate purchase. Got the run around each time and they were not willing to take the vehicle back since they were not successful (4X) in fixing the transmission (slipping gears and buckling) and the pronounced pull to the left. They even took my car for a 19 mile test drive today! I know, unheard! But SIMS Buick did exactly that and kept my car in Service for a day and half. Their Service team swore up and down Buick transmissions do hunt for gears and "chuckle", what they called it. Well, no one is chuckling today. So, please avoid SIMS Buick. They threatened to call the cops when I was insisting on returning the lemon they sold me only three weeks ago. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
