I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with my salesman and the amount of professionalism he displayed during the sale of my BMW and after. I have to admit car salesmen get a bad reputation at times but Mr. Starks showed compassion, warmth, and loyalty during and after the sale. He is the perfect example of what your dealership should display with all your customers. He is an asset to have with your organization.
