[phone contact removed]

onI brought my scion tc in to be a serviced on 11/21/16 & was originally happy. The first guy that I checked in with got me a lower price than orignally quoted. The next day however, I went to use the $50 mcds giftcard that I received for my birthday, that was in my center console, & it is missing along with everything out of place. There is nowhere else that I had been other than home, so I know it was taken from my car from someone. I have since contacted the service center & the girl told me that her supervisor would contact me. It is Friday 11/25/16 & I have yet to hear from a single person in regards to this issue. I have read called 4 times & left a voice mail each time for them to call me...not one single phone call back. I am beyond upset that I should have to worry about what I have in my car at a place like this & even more so that I haven't heard from anyone. There is a [non-permissible content removed] working there & I will most def not be back with this poor customer service.
