Brunswick Auto Mart

Terrible! On 6/30/19 I took my 4Runner in for a Transmission Fluid change. I was having the common Toyota Transmission "shudder" at 35 mph that hundreds (thousands?) of other 4Runner owners have experienced. The Technician tried to talk me out of the fluid change, and wanted to "diagnose" the problem himself. I said sure, take a look at it. I get the call back from Technician; "really sorry, but you need a new Transmission. $4800+..." I tell him "no", just change the fluid like I asked. He again does not want to do it, but I tell him to just do it. He does it. And of course the fluid change fixed the problem, 4Runner is running great. Glad I did not listen to Brunswick Auto Marts expert Technician.
