onI called and spoke to a Mr. Treadway at Summit. He told me 'the system' was down and that it should be back up and running same day and would call me back. That was a week ago, with no call back. I was in the process of turning in a lease and converting to a purchase vehicle (my second). I emailed Summit. No response. Whatever happened to customer service? Sadly disappointed.
