onI am new to the area and went into Hendrick Toyota for service on my 2015 RAV4. Joe Honeycutt was awesome and was even going to help me get out of my lease early so as not to pay over-miles charges (hopefully). As it turns out, that car was recently totaled in a car accident so when I needed a new car, of course I went to Hendrick. My chiropractor referred me to Stacey Johnson, the Sales Manager, and he was amazing. Although he put me in touch with Jim Reed to actually sell me the car, he was there every step of the way. Finally, Jim Reed and Jake Scott were wonderful working with me during the sales process and even afterward. I had an issue with my SiriusXM subscription and Jim Reed was able to solve it for me completely. I will most definitely continue to bring my car to Hendrick for service and when I am in the market for a new car, they will also get my business. Thank you for being what I always know Toyota can be!
