Good overall experience, with a genuine interest in serving the needs of a customer. I really felt comfortable that Parks Chevrolet valued us as a customer and actually purchased 2 new vehicles from this location. We previously purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse from this same dealer. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions and we were pleased with the trade-in values and purchase values of the 2 new vehicles. Nicole (salesperson) made us feel welcomed and privileged to be a customer. Greg and Shane also treated us well. Overall, a good experience and we are happy to do business with Parks Chevrolet. Thank you Parks Team!
