onI bought a 2013 Dodge Dart on Dec 28. They would not work with me on price at all! I offered them cash, no go. I offered just just slightly below the sticker price ($500), no go. I still ended up buying it. So on the way home I was having problems with it. The cruise control was acting weird, I was getting an error for a parking light out and my touch screen control panel went out. All of this happened within an hour. I took it back and they worked on it and sent me on my way. Not even a week later the clutch was staying compressed on start up and my check engine light came on. I live out of town so I called and they told me to take it to the dodge place. This is where they earn their stars. I was able to drop it off early and get a rental that Kia payed for. Turns out I had to have a new clutch and a master cylinder; there was also a problem with a turbocharger that is covered under the powertrain warranty. Anyhow Kia payed for my car to be fixed out of town 100%. Overall they should be more negotiable, and check what the sale better. But service and the sales manager gets an A+ for working with me to fix my vehicle.
