Savannah and the entire service team at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte are all wonderful to work with! Taking a vehicle in for service can be a stressful experience for the customer, but their team always makes it easy for me and take excellent care of my car; plus, it's super convenient to make an appointment online! I appreciate their attention to detail and the outstanding customer service they provide with every visit.
