Customer Service Charge

onI purchased a 2018 Mustang GT that turned only to be a lemon. Ford acknowledged and provided a nw replacement.
All was fine, Jason the salesman
was professional through out. When I went to finance they charged me 598.50 for as a customer service saying they have to by law and they would be in trouble with Ford if they didn't. why was I paying a customer service fee a second time when it wasn't my fault. I researcher the NC General Statutes and there is no law saying the fee has to be charged. The Finance person told me an untruth.
I wrote a letter requesting a refund of the customer service fee. I received a call from Jason on Saturday, September 9, 2018 about the letter. Jason said tte sales manager or general manager would call me on Monday. October 1, 2018 to sort out. It is now October 4, 2018 and no one has contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service and a
poor reflection on Asheville Ford.
I love the car though
